Our child safety standard
Cozily has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, predatory behavior, attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor, and any content or conduct that facilitates or promotes harm to children.
When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or related child exploitation, we may remove the content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, and report confirmed material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority, consistent with applicable law.
Content and behavior we prohibit
User-generated content
By creating an account, creating a profile, or uploading content, users agree to the Terms and these standards. Cozily moderates user-generated content and may restrict, reject, hide, or remove content or accounts when appropriate. Moderation decisions consider context, severity, repeated behavior, user safety, and applicable law.
Report and block
Users can report profiles, community posts, and comments through clearly labeled in-app menus. From a profile or conversation, users can block another account to stop contact and change visibility. Reports and safety concerns may also be sent to contact@czly.date. Cozily reviews safety reports and takes appropriate action based on the reported issue, available information, severity, and applicable law. In an emergency, contact local emergency services; Cozily support is not an emergency response service.
Child safety contact
Google Play and authorized child-safety organizations may contact our designated child safety representative at contact@czly.date. This address is monitored for potential notifications involving CSAE or CSAM and can coordinate enforcement and reporting steps.
Enforcement
Depending on the situation, Cozily may warn a user, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, or make legally required reports. We do not promise a specific outcome for every report, but serious and urgent safety concerns receive priority and are handled according to these standards and applicable law.
