1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. Provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and do not create an account for another person without authorization.
2. Respectful use and prohibited content
Do not impersonate others, harass or threaten people, solicit money, distribute unlawful or exploitative content, automate deceptive activity, or use Cozily for non-consensual contact. Sexual exploitation, trafficking, compensated sexual arrangements, non-consensual intimate content, hate speech, violent threats, bullying, scams, and attempts to bypass safety or privacy controls are prohibited.
3. Child safety
Cozily is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that facilitates or promotes harm to children. We may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority as required by law. 4. Matching and communication
Recommendations, Likes, Hi, Direct Match, and other connection features do not guarantee a reply, relationship, meeting, or other outcome. A recipient may ignore, report, or block another account at any time. Cozily does not fabricate another person's Like, reply, or agreement.
5. User-generated content
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. Objectionable content and behavior are prohibited. Cozily provides clearly labeled in-app tools to report profiles, community posts, and comments and to block accounts from profiles or conversations. Cozily moderates user-generated content and may restrict, hide, reject, or remove content or accounts when appropriate for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement.
6. Purchases and benefits
If paid features become available, the applicable store will present final prices, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options before purchase. One-time items are separate from subscriptions. Normal matching and messaging after mutual consent are not charged per message.
7. Personal safety
Use good judgment when interacting with others. Keep financial and sensitive information private, communicate in the app until comfortable, meet in public, and tell someone you trust about in-person plans. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate violations, comply with law, or maintain the service. You may stop using Cozily and request account deletion at any time.
9. Account closure
An account deletion request begins a 15-day cancellation period. Signing in during that period cancels the request. After the period, deletion is intended to be permanent, subject to lawful retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability
Features may change, be unavailable in some regions, or depend on third-party services. Cozily is provided subject to applicable law and without a promise that every introduction will lead to a connection.
